Jon Stewart rips CNN for its news coverage ...

... and Fox News makes it a front page story.

This might be the funniest thing you've ever seen.

Because if you know Jon Stewart, you know that he shows how ridiculously biased Fox News is on a regular basis.

Yet, that is not on their website.

Check it out here:

Fox News versus Fox News

So the President of the United States uses executive privilege to hide information from Congress and Fox News calls him out for it!

But when the previous President of the United States did the very same thing, the very same network did not call him out for it. In fact, they defended him relentlessly.

When the former President did it, it was necessary for national security and questioning it was akin to treason.

When the latter President did it, it was "worse than Watergate."

Only a person who is paying attention AND who is non-partisan AND who wants to see the truth would see it.

Or you could just go over to The Daily Show to watch Jon Stewart use internal criticism to clearly illustrate it for you.

Nothing like a little evidence of clear bias to prove clear bias.

Jon Stewart tackles CNN

As you know, Jon Stewart often criticizes Fox News. But there is plenty of blame to go around.
Take CNN, for example. Is there another more ridiculous newscast on the air right now than on CNN?
Watch as Jon Stewart questions their need for dozens of specific segment types across a 24 hour news cycle.

Jon Stewart on INVENTED media conflict

Jon Stewart does it again.

We can only wonder what the real news would be like if it had this kind of wit and imagination.

The "conflict" about Obama's speech--Wednesday or Thursday?--was literally invented by the media. And we are all weaker for it.

The description from "The Daily Show" is: "The 24-hour news media turn a tale of reasonable accommodation into a tale of manufactured conflict."

Jon Stewart takes on right-wing media

Before you watch the video below, remember, this guy is a comedian.

Doing a fake news show.

It's a shame that it takes a comedian doing a fake news show to counter the propaganda of other "news" sources. Watching the clip below makes me realize that some of the folks in the news literally just don't even know what they are saying when they say it.

For example, I'm pretty sure that if people on my news network repeatedly called people Nazis or compared so many things to Nazis, I would at least know better than to call people from other networks out for it.

Here is the video:

When FAKE news matters

Comedy Central's Jon Stewart is actually impacting policy.

Without his 30 minute show on the embarrassment of the 9/11 responders bill, one wonders if it would have become law.

And frankly, his "news" on The Daily Show is better in many cases and many ways than the real news.
