But what really is a "crime?"

You won't see these stories very often in the media.

But this is a good illustration of the significance of "what is crime?" Some harmful behaviors are called crimes, others are not.

One study shows the US invasion led to 750,000 premature deaths. This one claims a million missing people. The costs are staggering (including $3 trillion in costs to taxpayers).

So, is this a crime? No. Should it be? That's where the discussion gets interesting.
