wow. I cannot believe our justice system can be so adamantly blind sometimes. Just to "close" a case, we are willing to deny a citizen of the United States a fair trial and to make all his civil liberties disappear. I couldn't imagine watching our justice system fail on a fluke. Here we have a classic problem. Just because two things correlate, doesn't mean one caused the other. This is a constant problem in our criminal justice system when it comes to drugs, deaths, etc. However, what i would like to know is just how hard did the defense work? It seems that it should've been easy, like they said. However, i do believe that sometimes the prosecution can overpower the court with "overwhelming" evidence.
