Oh no, not this!

Some in the media are now asking if the Arizona shooter is a terrorist?

Terrorism is commonly defined as "the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes."

One article suggests: "Had his name been Mohammed, we would be talking about homegrown terrorism, not gun control or mental illness."

It's ironic that the point of the article is to question how the label of terrorist is used in the US media, while suggesting it possibly be applied to this person who probably was not at all motivated by political purposes.
