Don't worry about the Constitution

Just go about your daily business.

A young man protesting TSA screening was stripped down to his underwear at Richmond Airport – thus exposing the 4th Amendment written on his chest – was charged with disorderly conduct by airport police. Sounds pretty orderly to us.
"The right of the people to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated."
Now it is a crime to declare the freedoms granted to you as a citizen? Does that mean even the 1st Amendment is dead too?
