What really kills the police

From the front page of the USA TODAY:

A shocking study finds that in nearly half of all police deaths involving car crashes,  police officers were simply not wearing their seatbelts.

In addition to the 42% who were not wearing restraints during the course of the review, the study found that seat-belt use could not be determined in nearly 13% of the fatalities, suggesting that non-compliance could be higher.

Next time you get pulled over and are not wearing your seatbelt ...

Actually, just wear it. It will probably save your life in nearly every type of crash.
